Athletes spend so much time building a physical skill set but often overlook mental performance. This program will provide:

  • A process to evaluate and reset your mindset during stressful moments.

  • An understanding of controllables and how to use them to your advantage.

  • Clear and compelling personal goal setting.

  • Coping mechanisms to build a toolkit for athletes so the stress of competition doesn’t derail performance.

  • The confidence to be a leader on and off the court.

Athletes will meet once a week for 6 weeks via Zoom.
