Dwyer Performance Coaching helps athletes learn to recognize their value and perform under stress by learning to conquer negative self-talk, develop coping mechanisms so the stress of competition doesn’t derail performance, and create a system to reset under pressure.
Coaching clubs, coaches, and parents, in addition to athletes, facilitates a cohesive support system that allows athletes to develop and thrive in a competitive environment.
Athletes will learn about mindfulness and mental performance training, set goals, and build a personal toolkit to battle the stress of competition. Regular sessions will help grow your mental practice, set accountability, learn the power of positive self-talk, and train your brain to compete at the highest levels.
Clubs, Coaches, and Parents will learn how to create systems of support that will turn values into action, develop whole athletes, support players, and create a culture where joy and winning can go hand in hand.
