PEER TO PEER MENTOR PROGRAM

Our athletes spoke and we listened! You wanted a program where younger athletes can learn from older players. Whether you’re managing tryout nerves, growing your physical and mental game, wondering about playing in college, or dealing with the expectations of parents, teammates, and coaches, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. This is your opportunity to match with an older athlete who has experienced similar feelings, situations, and expectations that come with competitive sports.

WHO

Mentees are aged 10-16 and currently playing a sport.

Mentors are aged 17-22 and currently playing at a competitive club or college level.

WHY

Kids hear advice differently when it comes from a peer instead of Mom or Dad. With our program, your student-athlete gains guidance and support from an older player who’s been in their shoes, felt their challenges, and understands what it’s like to struggle and emerge stronger than before.

4 WEEK MENTAL PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

Athletes spend so much time building a physical skill set but often overlook mental performance. This program provides:

  • A process to evaluate and reset your mindset during stressful moments.

  • An understanding of controllables and how to use them to your advantage.

  • Clear and compelling personal goal setting.

  • Coping mechanisms to build a toolkit for athletes so the stress of competition doesn’t derail performance

  • The confidence to be a leader on and off the court.
