Dwyer Performance Coaching helps athletes navigate the pressure of competitive sports and guides players to a stronger mental game.
Athletes learn to recognize their value and perform under stress by learning to conquer negative self-talk, develop coping mechanisms so the stress of competition doesn’t derail performance, and create a system to reset under pressure.
Athletes learn about mindfulness and mental performance training, set goals, and build a personal toolkit to battle the stress of competition. Regular sessions will help grow your mental practice, set accountability, learn the power of positive self-talk, and train your brain to compete at the highest levels.
Our 6 week Mental Performance programs allow players to grow their mental performance toolkit while engaging with other athletes who are navigating the same pressures and struggles.
